The 1989 European Cup Final was a football match held at the Camp Nou in Barcelona, Spain on 24 May 1989, that saw Milan of Italy defeat Steaua București of Romania 4–0. Two goals each from Marco van Basten and Ruud Gullit gave the Italian side their third victory in the competition.

  3. Nu vad pe nimeni sa comenteze faptul ca pe stadion se aflau suporterii lui Ac Milan, iar suporterii Stelei erau pe nicaieri din moment ce nu se permitea iesirea din tara in vest. Asadar pe langa jucatorii buni ai lui Milan si varful de forma atins de acestia au avut si stadionul de parca jucau acasa. Rezultatul a fost unul firesc.
