  1. Idiot fans saying either can go… Do you not realise this is what Chase began doing and that was the start of us becoming a yo-yo club?? If you have any self respect you would demand our best two players are kept and that we should be a Prem team!!

  2. Problem is with players that enter the final year of contract. There the selling club is under pressure because if Max is not sold now, then in the coming winter transfer window any interested club can sign a pre-contract with him (valid from Summer 2024). Thus a sale in winter would only bring £ 2M max. (same that happened with Todd Cantwell). With big Andy we need to hold firm, minium £20M + add ons there. We are short of CB ourselves, so why sell him at this offered price with 3 years of his contract left? That would be sheer madness…

  3. Really don't understand the hype around Aarons. Doesn't offer that much going forward and always has a mistake in him defensively. If he was that good he would have gone by now

  4. I would like to know how we improve the team if we sell BigAndy or Max!!! I think will be complicate to replace young talented players!!! i prefere sell cheap Raschica, Hanley and even Gibson before our youngster!!!

  5. Problem with Max is that the club have clung on to him for too long to be sold for a decent amount.

Time to sell was two years ago, now hes worth alot less with the dismal PL record.

  6. Let them have him, while he is our best CB we act as if he’s leaps and bounds above league average, he’s not. AC Milan would be buying him based on potential, a luxury we can’t afford to wait for. I genuinely believe you could afford a like for like replacement either domestically or abroad for 2-4mil.
