  1. There is enough blame to go around and we can definitely start with the owners. Maldini structures the salaries and our annual salary is more than Napoli , Lazio, Fiorentina and Atlanta but we have worst players than them overall

  2. You wanted this ownership over Investcorp how wrong you were, such a naive opinion to have to a conservative approach and use Liverpool as the model when they squash our revenue by being a EPL side. THIS is why Investcorp was the only way forward.

  3. Our season is on the brink and the sad thing is Pioli may end up as a casualty. I am not holding my breath for Inter Tottenham, and Atalanta. I think we will be bludgeoned. The way we look so vulnerable in defense.

  4. I keep telling people, take the money and run when it comes to Leao. Leao has yet to become our game by game threat. One game he's great, the next game he's bench worthy. I also feel like he's looking at other options and is possibly losing interest in playing for Milan. I would take the money, and I'm sure we can sell him for big bucks and build a nice team for those funds. He's not what people are making him to be.

  5. AC Milan needs Zlatan to reunite the dressing room again. He might not play much but his leadership and experience can potentially help them regroup after this mess.

  6. I feel Milan is struggling due to fatigue, lack of tactical changes. Playing the same XI and especially Tata in the Goal is disgusting. Lack of spending in transfer market. Not trying new signings like Adli, Vasquez, Lazetic, Thiaw and Vranckx. Even promising youth players like Traore, Stanga. Over depending on Leao, Giroud is not good. If Pioli doesn't change his approach then we may see a sacking.

  7. Theo Hernandez is atrocious
He was jogging back and left acres of space on the left side of defence
This prompted the centre backs to cover for him
And that left the space behind on various areas
Theo's attitude was so annoying last game….

    Looking at this side now…
I hope we don't get battered against Tottenham

  8. which manager will they bring? Big names will not come to milan knowing that they mgmt is so skint and Pioli has done so much for no money and yet we throw the guy under the bus at the first opporunity. Let's believe in our boy people!

  9. honestly, you can blame tomori, pioli, giroud or whoever you want. It all comes down to the recruitements. It was already an overachievement to win serie A without a bench while playing a very intense rhythm all season. We don't have a single quality player on the bench, they are all championship level and we are complaining about Pioli? Do you really think we have a single player that can do more than what a ghost tonali does?? After we won the league, we needed 5 quality recruits at least. Bring in the players and we'll see what pioli does. Objectively speaking, Roma, Inter, Napoli, Juve have way better squads than us and yet since pioli came in, we have been toe to toe with everyone and we've been competitive. We need to spend massively

  10. I agree with most of what you said. I think Calabria, Tata, Giroud are main pieces to be permanently replace by Dest, Vasques and Origi… Pioli should let CDK play full matches..He may be bad at the moment but we don't have better alternatives. For Pioli, he has to go. Period. Even Maldini is not looking well in that position.

  11. Yea we have cheap owners who refuse to spend. Yea we have some big key injuries. But what really annoys me is the fact that Pioli continues to make the same mistakes week in and week out. The league has figured him out, and he's completely incapable of adjusting. Same lineup, same tactics, same subs, same PREDICTABLE bullshit. Im over Pioli. Thank you for all you've done for the club, but to me it's clear Pioli has taken us as far as he's capable of. Time to move on.

  12. Pioli's on fire…literally !!!
Honestly, Pioli has more than enough credits in his bank, and its sooo easy to blame everything on the coach alone.
That being said, sometimes, I feel like he's not helping himself. I think, the minute small things go up in our favor (Maignan's return, and a positive result), momentum will shift for the better.
    Brilliant video, as always ⚽⚽⚽⚽⚽⚽

  13. I honestly think getting Pioli out is going to make things worse now. New manager before a derby is not a good idea. Plus, you can't coach some of these mistakes.
Try to think of it from his perspective: The new signings are not delivering, the dressing room is a mess, the players you trust to deliver are caught making mistakes dumb af, there isn't any new signings apart from an obvious long term project who otherwise would have been sent on loan…
If Pioli gets out it's because everyone else let him down, not the other way around.

  14. Honestly its a real shame its going this way right now, but I think the blame goes around everywhere, from the pitch to upper management. The question is, what is it going to take for investment? Missing out on CL football, if that's the case it is extremely poor. From the moment Milan won the league last season, the next goal is to retain the title and that's it, which means improvements are needed, kessie and romagnoli should have been replaced properly…but they haven't been, that's now left a huge hole in the squad.
I also think Pioli doesn't want to drop players that are performing badly, Tomori, Diaz, Giroud, and that's only some, plus when the team plays in a predictable manner all the time now, its clear a system change needs to happen.
Conceding 3 against Inter, 4 against Lazio and 5 against Sassuolo is incredibly poor…the defence needs to be improved, and with the window basically over, it won't happen, but in that case, they have to step up or else there is a good chance milan lose out champions league
This a serious time for the club, and the desire needs to be there as well, and right now, it clearly isn't, is a manager change needed? Maybe but I don't think management would go for a top manager, even though they are out there.

  15. #Redbird_out!
Even with Eliot we used to have a good mercato! I cannot imagine that those guys they took the keys of casa Milan and they reject to recruit new players!
They giving excuse of 50M spend most of it on that PRINCESS CDK 👸 who's shy to run on the pitch!
And I agree with RedBird about this, because as example Thiaw he do good jobs when he get on the field even if he play 5 or less than 10min!!
TATA-MIRANTE-DEST-BALLO-POBEGA-CDK👸-MESSIAS-SALEM=SHOULD BE SOLD OUT BEFORE THE NEXT MERCATO START!
Even torino will not accept to recruit players like those guys!! EVEN IF PEP GUARDIOLA WILL NOT BE TOP 4 WITH A TEAM THAT HAVE THOSE GUYS!!
You can blame pioli of using TATA as keeper… I bet that Colombian guy is better than him! but you cannot blame him of choosing the players!
WE SHOULD BLAME MALDINI OF CHOOSING THE PRINCESS CDK 👸 THAN ENZO FERNANDEZ 🇦🇷 WHO WAS 12M I THINK AND NOW WORTH MORE AND WON A WORLD CUP!
And I hope that Leao will not leave the ACM bcs we need him and we need a good RW like him

  16. I think there was an argument after Roma match that destroyed the dressing room. Last year we won as a group, now we are collapsing as a group. What the key of keeping a group of boys together ? Leadership and communication. 2 things that are missing in Milan right now. And don’t let me think about next Sunday Vs Inter…

  17. #1: Pioli is a mediocre coach. Look at his resume. Does anyone think he all of a sudden became a top manager after 20+ years? Last season his system happened to work out but it was an anomaly. We were very lucky that things went our way, especially Inter and Juve being poor (Simone Inzaghi is even worse than Pioli BTW) and Napoli not being ready to challenge yet.
#2: Maldini is not a good director, at least not yet. He was a god on the field but has no experience at top level management. He found a few diamonds in the rough (e.g. Theo) but that's not enough. We need a system where we bring in new AND established talent every year, even if only 1-2 of them. We lost the spine of the team in Kessie and he wasn't replaced. The defense is much more exposed without him. We also never got a decent backup for Maignan and of course he gets injured for half a season, and our 3rd goalie is 39 who hasn't been a starter for years.
#3: Overrated players: Calabria and Tomori got too much adoration too early in their careers (Calabria a few years ago) and most people (including Pioli) think they are so great and need to start. Even Leao is in the same boat now. After one good season he's being talked about as a superstar who's worth $100M+ In reality he's still too rough, too predictable, has 0 leadership skills, and even his work ethic needs work. He's also probably focusing on being sold so he doesn't care what happens to Milan.
#4 Injuries: Why has Milan had sooo many injuries over the last several years? Is it the training? Lack of rotation? Poor health staff? I'd love to know.
#5 Red Bird: Some blame definitely goes to them for not making more money available, but it still doesn't excuse the previous 4 points.

  18. I'm so glad someone finally mentions how bad of a deal Florenzi was. Between loan fee and buyout option, Milan paid Roma 5 million to sign him, and Maldini gave him 3 year contract at 3 mil a season for a player no one wanted, and who is injured all the time. Even though he is a backup, he makes more money than Kalulu and Calabria, who are starters.

  19. 1. The main problem is Red Bird they cleary have not backed Maldini Gerry said that 50 million was enough for previous summer and current winter window. Cardinale has only been to one Milan game then disappeared.
2.Pioli needs to change formation as we are to open and we buy all these youngsters and Pioli has not used them .
3.Do not blame Leao if he leaves as Red Bird lacks ambition if Maldini leaves Theo and others will leave too
4.Pioli is not the man to take us to the next step we need an elite coach now

  20. I’m not a Pioli fan, but speculation on him is just missing the whole larger picture.
Why is Milan like this? Football is simple, the answers are even more simple.
Quality key players signings that where not made during summer mercato. Quality defender never came – Quality Midfielder to replace Kessie, never came- Quality RW never came.
Guys we are talking about Maldini…You all think that Maldini was laying back and believing that this year Kalulu would have a terrific season (way above his quality) like he did last season?
No way. Maldini wanted a key defender in case Kalulu or Tomori would not be good this season. For our bad luck, both are having a bad season.
One more very important parameter is the lack of quality bench. A team like Milan, that have so many injuries, that have even more games this season (Serie A, Coppa Italia, Super Cup, World Cup) could not make it with only 11 players. You need depth and quality.
We knew Giroud and Theo would have World Cup games. Who where their subs? When Tonali or Benacer where out who took their place? Pobega???
Don’t forget this team is Pioli’s guys. These are Pioli’s warriors that won the Serie A. They sack Pioli and things will get even worse.
You cannot go to a very high competitive season with:
    CDK (prospect)
    Pobega ( no comment)
    Adli (prospect)
    Thiaw (prospect)
    Vranx (prospect)
    Dest (…..)

  21. The drop in form happens every December to January.
Last 3 years it's been injuries and missing players leading to drops in form.
Last year even, Milan had a drop in form, just not as crazy as most years.

This year it's been worse because of the fatigue of the first half of the season and even more so since the World Cup messing with training and scheduling. Mike being out injured really doesn't help. CDK and Origi actually performed well, but the ones with winners medals have not performed since the league restarted.
