  1. Why should Mane stay? When he came he was on £90000 a week and its only been increased once to £100000. Salah, Virgil, Henderson, Milner, Fabinho, Trent, Keita, Oxalade-Chamberlain, Firmino have been paid more. You want loyalty? Why didnt you pay him? Mane has been a true servant. Let him get his signing on fee and big contract because Liverpool have not done right by him and we won't pay him. Salah has had his wages double in that period.

  2. Disdain shown here on Mane….its lost in translation Mane stated he was joking because of all the twitter chat….any of you speak Wolof its the national language which he used…Mane its contractual being the issue, lfc don't want to pay it Munich do its that simple. We got excited when Thiago turned down contractual offers from Munich to come to us (its Football it works both ways). The real elephant in the room is the financial model.. players now have a blue print (followed by Emre, Gini, Origi, soon joining Salah, Bobby and Mane if he doesn't leave on the cheap 35m (bought for 34m). Darwin going to cost 70-80m we cant afford to keep salah – Mane for 25-30m for the period of the contract offered lol.

  3. The year is 2022 times have changed , we need to maximize the wage structure to at least 300k instead of 200k and that will allow us to keep players and not rush contract extension's.

  4. This thing of keeping players passed their sell by date will derail liverpool.

Barca made this mistake, Athletico made the same mistake and haven't been able to reach the heights of that team with Turan, Gabi, Juanfran, Luis. David villa.

Man united kept the same players and didn't recruit well at the end of Feggies time. In Ferguson's last they got knocked out early in the Fa cup, league cup and ucl. Yes they won the league but that was all to those 26 goals and performance from Robin Van Persie.

Liverpool Fans are either blind or are hypnotized by klopp and these owners.

This team needs strengthening even if mane and Salah were to extend their contracts.

Liverpool failed to score in three of the finals played this season.

If you accept this continuous extension of players that are done you will be seeing alot of it in future. Guys like van dijk, hendo, matip, Allison, firminho will keep getting extension in future when they are long past their prime years.

Milner should have left and 2022/23 season should have been Henderson's last season. He has little left to offer in terms of influencing the game accept when covering in defense.

This team has been good and 2018/19 season was probably their best season in terms of style and entertainment. At that time no one wanted to play liverpool. They were terrifying. Pep had sleepless nights.

It's time to add in new blood before complacency crips in.

All these senior players will start to notice that they will be kept around untill retirement regardless of their efforts.

  5. As fantastic as they both are, Mo and Mane’s conversion rates aren’t the best. We’ve regularly created 20+ chances and only scored 1 or 2. Having a pacey grafter who’s a clinical finisher will make a big difference. As with Ali and VVD, we just need to spend the big bucks and get it done.

  6. 35 million plus add-ons for mane. I hope we get Nunez. He’s a proper finisher. We’ve not really had that since Suarez. With the chances we create and with Haaland going to city, we’re going to need a more clinical finisher.

  7. If we can't get Son, Nkunku or Lewandowski then I would like to have the former Euro Cup topscorer from Czech Republic, Patrik Schick. I rate these 4 higher than Nunez tbh

  8. Kind of sad that we almost won the quadruple yet here we are again losing players because we don't want to pay competitive wages and we will not pay the asking price of the likes of Nunez. We made 100 million for reaching the CL final yet we continue to act like the cheapskates on the block compared to the other top clubs. We have over-achieved considering what we have spent compared to our rivals, mainly due to Jurgen Klopp. It' will be a crying shame if we don't back him financially considering he has extended his contract.
