   He's too slow to be the last line of defence. He's a utility player at best, one who comes in and plugs gaps when others are injured. I want to stress, I love Eric Dier (as the song goes), I think he genuinely loves the club. But as central defenders goes, we could do so much better. For the moment he is one of the best of a bad bunch.
