  2. Now everyone is saying he is good enough and he is great but I assure you, the English press will eat him up. I also wish these pundits were held accountable for their analysis as it seems even when they are when it is more news but claim responsibility when they predict correctly. I think haaland and Nunez would struggle in the first and maybe second seasons. The only safety for them is their age which would allow them to correct itin time. Epl isn't so easy. Also liverpool had to buy a striker coz this team played three finals and didnt score a single goal. Klopp knows the truth, the fans don't.

  3. Is Darwin nunez €80 million liverpools most expensive signing yet?? Wow.. really shows how well the club is managed in compared to other big clubs.

  4. You guys must realize Klopp must be losing his mind on Mane leaving. C'mon? How is this guy more expensive than Salah, Mane and Haaland ? This was a very shitty deal.

  5. Liverpool lost the league because they drew lot of games where they could not finish the chances they created. That threat in the penalty box was needed, and with the strong athlete like Nunez, they will be able to address that issue. How successful he will be in the EPL, that remains to be seen. I hope he sets the league on fire.

  6. I hear some crackpots saying klopp is a hypocrite because he said pogba was too much money when utd signed him. As usual the clowns completley fail to understand what klopp was saying at the time. In fact if you search on Google you will find klopp explaining exactly what he meant…teams like city and Chelsea etc they buy without needing to sell anyone. They have a bottomless pit of money. Their clubs are just about the money and they are literally buying trophies. Before money those two teams were NOTHING. So for them it's only about the money and if they aren't stopped by fifa uefa english FA, soon football will only be about money not football. Liverpool on the other hand have funded all their big money signings by selling players. They are not buying the trophies they are actually competing and winning them on merit…thats the difference and that's the model all football clubs should be forced to follow. Earn the right to spend your money and earn the right to win trophies.

  7. I'm skeptical about this much money for this guy, he had one great season last year the year before nothing special although he was very young. I hope he doesn't end up being the latin andy carroll.

  8. I find it really funny that most of the media outlets consistently report this fee in Euros to make it sound bigger, but then report the Haaland fee in pounds to make it sound like more of a bargain (often not mentioning the astronomical agent fee).

  9. Everyone talking about Nunez like hes the next R9, so he better score at least 15 PL goals next season then, to even compare him to Haaland is insulting i don't rate bundelsiga but stat-padding for just 1 SEASOn in the Portuguese league wow Generational Talent

  10. Darwin should be fine. If we didn't have Salah, Jota, Luis, or any of our current stars, Darwin "might" be pressured but he won't with our current team. Klopp handles the players as a team, and not as individuals. He'll be fine! YNWA!

  11. For all the idiots trying to compare our spend to City! Educate yourself! Net spend last 10 years…

  12. Now that's finished. Since we earned £90m for reaching in the UCL Final including both Prize Money & Broadcast Rights. Which more than pays Nunez's £85. Mane will get us £40. Minamino is getting a lot of interest at £17-20m. So that's likely another £60m coming in JUST this window. Which I think we should spend on a midfield replacement for Henderson or backup/alternative for Fabinho so maybe either Kamara or Sow at £30m, they're young and promising and save the rest to put towards a big £80 for Bellingham next season.

  13. I could see Manè goes to Bayern and score a winning goal to knock out liverpool in CL next season, while their expensive replacement sit on the bench. just for the revenge story.
