He has also been awarded the Football Writers Player or the Year Award, captained his country and won more than 60 caps. Perhaps just an importantly he has won over Liverpool fans who have seen some 9f the best players in the world grave their club. If Jordan Henderson is not that good, then I would love to have had a football career as bad as that.
