40. Matip and Hendo and Keita were excellent, players that aren't underrated but rather overlooked by our main men. Those guys make the difference that goes unseen respect the work Henderson puts in. YNWA

42. Matip deserves alot of credibility for this game most headers away tackles and interceptions. His clearances made a massive difference. Mane was a menace today, Kloop should keep Jota ahead of Firmino his getting the job done with goals. I respect his style mark my words Firmino will start against Chelsea put in his best game to try get back in the starting 11. YNWA

43. My takes:

    1. Harvey Elliot playing really good and with high energy. He did look a little anxious at times but that is to be expected. Also he really stepped into Gini’s shoes this game with the offensive production which is difficult to do. Props to Elliot.

    2. Especially Van Dijk but Matip too we’re rock solid. The few opportunities that Burnley had were immediately shut down by them. Assuming they both stay healthy (and Gomez as well), I think they will concede the least or second least amount of goals in the league this year.

    3. I know how good Firmino is, but with Jota in the form he is in, he has to continue being our starting number 9.

    4. Thiago needs to start again (which I think he will). Naby Keita is giving us 0 production. Every time he tried to create a chance, it didn’t work. That one back heel to Tsmikas to set up the assist was his best play of the day.

    5. Henderson needs to do better. I know he is more defensive minded. But he has to try to produce something on offense because Gini was so crucial last season in that center midfield role. If Fabinho comes back to start in that role, I don’t see a spot for Henderson in the team (as good as he is).
